This journal contains links to PDF and video material that show me doing exercises. As is per usual, BEFORE starting any new exercise program it is important that you consult your physician. This is a must if you have any serious medical conditions or if you are taking medication. Do not exercise if you feel sick, or unreasonably tired. Do not work muscles or areas you know are sore without knowing WHY they are sore first.
A proper warm up of muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints is necessary at the beginning of every work out. If you feel strain or pain, please see your physician.
I structured this journal to give basic overall body fitness advice, however as I state in each pdf document, that you should first visit a medical professional before undertaking ANY exercise program.
I cannot offer one on one coaching sessions as I really don't have the time. All the hullaballoo over this style of footwear was created by an elitist bully who wanted to corner the market and your dollars.
As you can see by the numbers of people who are walking in their ballet heels these days, I'm pleased to say we proved her wrong!!!!

Please Suzanne!! I realize this may come across as selfish (and I don’t mean it to be that way) but it seems that for some reason the REAL ballet heels TUTORIALS have been removed from youtube. Why? I don’t know. Please, I am very much looking forward to your upgraded ballet-heels HD tutorial.
